I started this course 11th October with some trepidation because I hate statistics and I just can't get myself motivated for this course :(
Anyway, the first week was ok albeit minus the anxiety, my (intelligence) inferiority complex as their are a lot of people posting long, laborious and braniac type comments that make me feel stupid in comparison, but hey, these are just my issues that I have to deal with. However it doesn't make it easier when maths post-graduates are some of my fellow students ;)
I joined a facebook group for the course cos it looked more relaxed and non-threatening and will hopefully ease my nerves and boost my confidence in posting comments :)

I passed :)
Yes! I passed the exam, the score was a little lower than I would have liked, but I passed the exam easily :)
I am annoyed with myself though because I finished the exam an hour early which was stupid I know. The reason for this was that I had almost burnt out revising and so was pissed off with writing and studying. In addition with it being my first exam and almost burning out I think that I did very well :) I will make sure that I learn from these mistakes in my next exam and hopefully get a much higher score.

Exam result delay
Grrrr!!
The results for DSE212 should have been released today, but they have been delayed til the 8th :(
I can't wait to start my next course cos I am going insane with boredom :(
Only a few days til result time, fingers crossed ;)

Exam - woohoo, I did it
Well thank goodness that is over with :)
All day yesterday, my mind felt numb and 15 minutes before the invigilator arrived (I did my exam at home) my stomach was in knots and my head felt numb. Anyway, the exam seemed quite easy, in the sense that I could answer the questions instead of being overwhelmed like I imagined I would be. Just got to keep my sanity whilst I wait for my result ;)

Exam in 2 days
I am crapping it :(
I have been revising solidly for the last 2.5 weeks which I need as I am ADD and I stopped about 2 days ago cos I just couldn't do any more, I felt that I was approaching burn out :(
Anyway, it will have soon been here and gone, so fingers crossed ;)

TMA05 nearly finished
Good god!
This assignment has been one huge ball-ache, it's a qualitative research project and it has been so confusing and mind destroying that I am glad it is almost done, I should have it finished today.
There is a light at the end of the tunnel ;)

TMA03 - finally submitted
Woohoo!!
I finally submitted this pain-in-the-arse tma, I finished it late last week but umd & ard with it and getting myself anxious with reading other students ideas of what should/shouldn't be included or what so and so means etc
Anyway, it is now out of my hands and all I care is that it passes :)

DSE212 - TMA03
DSE212 is my 2nd course with the OU, my first course was DD100 social sciences and it was ok to start with but then became boring and repetitive. Dse212 is the first 2nd level course and I am really enjoying it even though it is more hectic ;)
Well I am 3/4 of the way to the completion of the most horrible TMA yet, the statistics has been a nightmare. I bought a statistic book that seemed to shed some light on explaining things but the monotony of it has played havoc with my ADD. I will hopefully have it finished before Friday 8th...fingers crossed ;)
